To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the Sanity Jewelry pouch provided with your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Sanity Jewelry piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
