At Sanity Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
